How does KOL Foods prevent allergens in our meat?

With the understanding that every allergy and dietary restriction is different, we want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free of any particular allergen. We cannot provide medical advice, for which you should consult your physician if you have specific questions. 

All of our meat is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen immediately after butchering. It is stored in a freezer and shipped so that it stays frozen for delivery. This precaution should prevent any contact with potential allergens after it has left the facility. For the most up to date information on specific allergies, please see the links below.
