Shipping Surcharge

Why was a surcharge applied to my order?

Here at KOL Foods, we are always working hard to make sure that the price you pay truly reflects the price of the meat. We do our best to avoid padding our prices, and so we have this surcharge for small orders. This charge helps balance out the cost of the dry ice and insulation used to pack your order. It is only applied to orders with less than 15 lbs of product in them as follows:

• <5 lbs: $12
• 5-10 lbs: $8
• 10-15 lbs: $4
• >15 lbs: none!

The easiest way to avoid this surcharge is to make sure you’re ordering over 15 lbs. of meat at a time. This ensures that more of your money is spent on meat and less on shipping.
