I threw away my damaged products before taking photos. Can I still get a refund?
Unfortunately, in order for us to properly assess quality control issues, we do require pictures of both the meat and the label on the packages. This information tells us a bit about what might be the underlying cause of the problem, and which source we need to address to see about fixing it. Without those details, we are unable to further address your concerns.
