What breeds are KOL Foods' animals?

We use a variety of breeds across our lines, and they do change depending on their area of origin.

• Our pasture-raised, organic-fed Chickens are Cornish crosses.
• Our pasture-raised, organic-fed Heritage Chickens are currently Barred Plymouth Rocks.
• Our pasture-raised, organic-fed Turkeys are Hubbards.
• Our pasture-raised, organic-fed Ducks are Pekins.
• Our grass-fed beef comes from a wide variety of breeds, including but not limited to Angus, Herefords, Wagyu, Devon, Holstein, Simmental, and Charolais.
• Our grass-fed lamb comes from a wide variety of breeds including Suffolk, Dorper, and Hampshire.
